Beginner Bird Walk

Get to know the colorful birds who live in Opalanie Park.  

Valley Forge Audubon experts will lead us and help us learn to identify birds.  They always share fascinating bird facts.  

This event is fun for beginners and families and offers a great opportunity to explore the park.  Our native spring flowers should be blooming along the trails! 

Bring a camera and binoculars if you have them. Dress for the woods - long pants, sturdy shoes.  

Children are welcome and encouraged to attend, if accompanied by an adult.  There is a portable restroom available on site. 

This program is a West Vincent Township Environmental Advisory Council Bird Town event and is free and open to the public.
