PUBLIC NOTICE - Zoning Hearing Board public hearing on August 25, 2022

PUBLIC NOTICE On August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the West Vincent Township Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing at the West Vincent Township Building to consider the following application: Application of Elizabeth Facciolo of 3924 Powell Road, Chester Springs, tax parcel 25-10-98, for a variance on Sections 220 1.B (Side Yard and Rear Yard Setbacks for Access Buildings and Structures over 500 Sq. Ft) and 505.G5b (Dimensional Standards for Tier IV Subdivisions, Yard Regulations) to permit constructions of swimming pool, pool equipment, decking, and landscaping features which will encroach approximately eight (8) feet into the required thirty (30) feet rear yard setback.
