PUBLIC NOTICE on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the West Vincent Township Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing at the West Vincent Township Building to consider the following application: Application of Charles D. and Patricia Spackman, Chester Springs, tax parcel 25-7-19.2 (1.20 acres) West Vincent Township, UP1#32-2-10.1 (3.80 Acres) Upper Uwchlan Township for a variance from the Terms of Section(s) 390-182A (Stream Buffers), 390-182 B (Calculated Buffer), 390-174D (Tree Protection) of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
