PUBLIC NOTICE - Zoning Hearing Board public hearing on August 10, 2023

PUBLIC NOTICE - On August 10,2023 at 7:00pm, the West Vincent Township Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing at the West Vincent Township Building to consider the following application: The Application of Timothy Kanavy, owner of 1009 Jaine Ln, Chester Springs, PA 19425, tax parcel no. 25-3-103.1 & 25-3-103.2 seeks request for a variance from the terms of section 309-114.A(1) of the West Vincent Township zoning ordinance addressing the minimum setback for the accessory structures.

Applicant seeks to renovate and expand an existing shed on the property for use as an accessory garage. Because the shed is already within the front-yard setback, applicant seeks a dimensional variance to expand the existing structure within the minimum 75- foot front yard setback.
